  All of our phones come in our own controlZ boxes and include a USB cable, power adapter as well as a SIM tray opener tool. All of our accessories are brand new.

• Do devices come in the original packaging?

  Renewed devices by controlZ do not come in the original packaging. They come in our own boxes.

• What is the physical condition of a renewed device?

  Every renewed device by controlZ “as good as new” which means  no visible usage marks from a hands distance. All the devices have been tested and are fully functional. As good as new Only refers to the cosmetic condition of the device.

• The condition of my device did not live up to my expectations. Can I change it?
